Can you describe the NATO Ambassador to start with?
I have been involved with the NATO Cooperative Cyber Defense Centre of Excellence since well before its official opening in 2008. I moved to Estonia immediately following the large-scale distributed denial of service (DDoS) attack against Estonia in 2007 in order to help build the new NATO Centre. I was the first international researcher there, and the U.S. Representative from 2007-2011. Today, I am a Centre Ambassador, which means that I help with academic research, cyber security conferences, guest speakers, and other outreach.
