The concept of “strength in numbers” is becoming increasingly powerful in the world of cybersecurity – and nowhere is this clearer than in the US. Recently, US President Barack Obama proposed the formation of a cyber reserve corps. This corps would take the form of a group of highly trained civilians who could potentially be mobilised as “cyber warriors” should the need arise.
